Prayer for the West and Pacific Coast

Reading of the current tragedy in Japan and surrounding areas breaks my heart today. I know that natural disasters happen but anything of this magnitude is going to affect so many people in so many ways.

My first thought is, "Do they know Jesus?" - I hope so. God is our comfort and strength and it is impossible to endure these types of trials without Him. I hope you are leaning on Him today as you are going through your own trials. Pray for those who are affected by this and everyone who does not yet know Christ as their personal Savior.

He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. 2 Corinthians 1:4

    Love the concept of this blog - I am really working on my prayer life too! Every Wednesday, I have been implementing a "Pray for Every Nation" experiment, spurned by David Platt's book, "Radical". It's completely life-changing!
